肖春玲，1966年生，女，硕士，教授，党员。现在山西师范大学食品科学学院从教。33年来主要从事食品科学与工程教学及科研工作。1998年获山西省优秀教师。主讲“果蔬食品工艺学”“食品试验设计与统计分析”“食品质量管理学”“食品添加剂”等课程。联系邮箱：784829181@qq.com
