郑亚军,男,1980年生,博士,教授,硕士生导师。毕业于陕西师范大学,主要从事功能性食品的教学和研究工作。先后主持完成省重点科技项目1项,省自然科学基金3项,并参与中央级公益性科研、国家科技支撑项目等项目十多项,以第一作者在Food Chemistry、Food Research International等学术刊物发表相关论文40余篇,出版专著3部,以第一发明人获授权的国家发明专利5项。担任 Food Chemistry、Food & Functions 等期刊的审稿人。主要讲授《生物化学》、《功能性食品学》等课程。
