薛意斌

薛意斌(1992--),男,党员,博士,系副主任,讲师。2025年9月进入山西师范大学食品科学学院任教。研究方向:新型食品酶资源的发掘与高效表达;真菌(酵母和丝状真菌)蛋白表达底盘宿主与酶的分子改造;农副产品生物转化与资源开发(功能糖益生元与生物活性肽);传统发酵食品研究与果蔬采后防治。联系邮箱:20250111@sxnu.edu.cn
